Marimba Boise is a community of students of Zimbabwean-style marimba music. They play on a family of xylophones, where each instrument adds an essential voice to an intricate and joyful sound. Drawing on traditional and contemporary music from southern Africa, they celebrate the region’s infectious dance rhythms.
